Bronson Arroyo

Cincinnati Reds fans were excited to get Bronson Arroyo via trade, because, well, the Reds need a LOT of pitching help. Not only did he pitch the Reds to thier first win of the season, he also hit his first career home run.

However, these achievements pale in comparison to the power of his hair! As a part time rock star he has the correct look down to easily make him the best coiffed member of the Reds team. He has shown extreme hair versatility throughout his career, from a curly permed look to cornrows to his current look. He is the David Beckham of MLB!

Peter Warrick

P Dub is now a Seahawk and heading to his first Super Bowl, and as such now sports his most exquisite set of cornrows yet! Seriously, how much did he pay his hairdresser for that? $1000?

Peter Warrick is pictured in the center

Paul Wilson

Pitcher Paul Wilson of the Reds now sports Scott Stapp style "sensitive man" long hair. If the growth of these locks is any indication, his recovery from shoulder surgery should be progressing fine!

Johnny Damon = Sportshair hall of shame

Despite the previous post ripping on Johnny Damon's blond highlight, Sportshair had a deep appreciation for him. He was willing to use his hair as a tool of expression, something we wholeheartedly endorse. With his new 4 year contract with the Yankees, that's coming to a close due to the no long hair or facial hair policy of the Bronx Bombers. For shame Johnny!

RIP JOHNNY DAMON 2005

Tim Duncan; Welcome back NBA!

Tim Duncan is the quintessential everyman. Despite his status as perhaps the NBA's best player and numerous title rings to back that up, he always comes across as humble, classy, and well, plain. He is never one to rock the boat... until now. The 2005-1006 NBA season started off with a sonic boom when Duncan unveiled his new "Kobe style" baby afro. The Spurs won their first game of the season, and Tim Duncan is definitely a winner to sportshair fans worldwide. Bravo Tim!

Barry Melrose

With the arrival of hockey season and the "all new", it's only appropriate to commemorate the classic mullet of ESPN's Barry Melrose. Althought it is shorter than in previous years, his slicked back 'do is always a topic of conversation, whether it's hockey season or not! Thanks to sportshair founder Tedesco for the picture!

Tiger Woods

Tiger is one of the most boring athletes this side of Payton Manning. However, he has recently show his true "stripes" or spots at the opening to The President's Cup"
