Hockey = Mullets

We can only hope that with the return of the NHL to the ice, we will see a return of the most infamous of haircuts- the mullet. Sure to be drafted #1 phenom Sidney Crosby, seen by many to be the saviour of the NHL, is on the right track. Below is a picture of Crosby accepting an award in April, rocking the refined mini mullet. It says "I'm crazy, but not that crazy."

Ricky Willams

When Ricky Williams returned to the NFL yesterday, the foremost question on the minds of sportshair junkies was "What will his hair look like?" The answer is in the picture below- a seventies style unkempt beard and short dreadlocks. Bravo Ricky!

Barry Zito

It is no concidence that as Barry Zito's hair has grown longer, so has his pitching been shutting hitters down. Barry is typically a perennial sportshair all star, the classic long haired, left handed, guitar playing dude. Congrats Barry on getting back to .500 on the year!
